Yum! Salmon roe and rice go great together! You don't need soy sauce at all. The saltiness of the salmon roe and the sweetness of the rice are a perfect match. I noticed on my third bite that the rice in this bowl was sushi rice. I see, it is salmon roe and sushi rice. That makes sense because it's a sushi restaurant. And for those of you who don't like sushi rice, this one does not really feel like \u201cvinegar\u201d. I tried it with sushi rice alone, and I felt more sweetness than sourness. It is delicious even when eaten alone with sushi rice. I keep eating salmon roe bowl. You can clearly see the layers of rice and salmon roe! And both are thick! As you can see from this picture, there is quite a lot of rice. The waitress told me that I could ask for a little less rice when ordering a bowl of rice.
